| I can't log into my account, what should I do? |
You are entering the wrong username and/or password. Make sure to
enter the same exact username & password that was provided to you
in the Welcome email that you received after joining. If you cannot
find your username and password, please click here
and enter the email address that you used to join. You will then receive
your username & password in this email box within a few seconds.

| Why do I get: "Error! This email address doesn't exist"? |
If after entering your email address to receive your username & password
you get the above message, then that means that you entered a different
email at sign up time than what you are providing now. So
if you don't remember the email address that you used when you joined,
and you are a free member you should just join again. If you are a Full member,
then you should contact Full member support
to provide us with the credit card number that you used to sign-up for your
Full membership, we will then use your credit card number to retrieve your
Full member account info.

| How do I communicate with other members? |
There are 4 ways that you can communicate with other members, they are:
- Via the Virtual Date™ feature. To use this method, just go to the Profile page
of the member you have selected, and click on the "Set up a Virtual Date" button. Once member you have invited to a Virtual date accepts your invitation, you can then meet & talk in your Virtual Date™ room for as long as you want.
- By visiting Who is Online and clicking on the Click2talk™ button
of the members who are online that you want to talk to. If the member accepts your call, then
dreamdates.com will instantly connect you 2 and enable you to talk with one another, via text or highest quality Voice communication.
- By clicking on "Send Detailed Message" button from the members bio page, in which
case you will be able to send them a detailed text message.
- By going to a members Profile page and clicking on "Wink at Me" button
and then selecting a quick ("Ice Breaker") message to send to the them. Note:
You can be either a free or full member to take advantage of this feature.

| Do you monitor and screen the members? |
Yes. We do extensive monitoring and screening of the members to ensure that
a dreamdates.com members is here only for the purpose of connecting with
other members toward finding & meeting their dream date.
Toward this goal we have a small full membership fee of $24.95 per month or less,
since the only SURE way to ensure a person is a real person is through their usage
of their credit card. On that note, to date we have blocked more than 100,000 IPs as a result of
the usage of a fake credit card to become full member,
indicating: 1, the extent of fraud that can take place in on-line dating
services that are free; 2, indicating how vigilant dreamdates.com is in protecting
its members from on-line fraudsters. So although there can be no 100% assurance
that a person on-line is exactly who they say they are, our vigilant monitoring and screening of
the members certainly reduces the likelihood of fake members being on dreamdates.com to a greatest degree.
Also this is a site for adults dating, so you should
be careful about whom you contact and we recommend never giving out your
email address or phone number until you have safely communicated with the member
that you like through dreamdates.com's private & confidential communication
systems 1st.

| What do I do in case of a harassing person? |
You can block a member's profile via the Block Member function which you
can find once you log into your account. They will not be able to contact you anymore after. You can also report an abusive person/action to us via the "Report abusive member" page, which may then result in their account being terminated after we investigate.

| How do I change my profile information? |
Log
into your account, click on Edit your personal information, change what you want and then
click Save. You can also change your detailed description by clicking on Edit your detailed
personal profile. You can also decide about the privacy regarding your personal information
and other profile preferences if you click on Customize your dreamdates account and then
Your dreamdates settings.

| How do I upload my photo(s)? |
Log
into your account, click on "Photos manager" where you will be able to upload new photo(s) or delete existing photos .

| I uploaded a photo but it is not there, what happened? |
Your photo must not have met our requirements for uploading a photo, please
make sure the photo you upload meets these requirements:
1. They must be no bigger than 200 KB in size.
2. They must be no larger then 400 by 400 pixels.
3. They must be of you or have you clearly in the picture.
4. They must not be obscene, offensive, or of a sexual nature.
5. They must be of supported formats: gif, jpeg, bmp or tiff.

into your account, click on "Manage My account" and then click on "Change
Password", change your password and click "Save".

into your account, click on "Manage My account", click on "Contact customer service" and follow the instructions to cancel your account.

| How do I un-cancel my account? |
If you were a free member, then you need to sign-up for a new account.
If you were a Full member and there is still time remaining on your account
from your last full membership payment, then you can Log into your account and
click on "Renew my account" link and provide a new credit card number, which will then
cause your account not to cancel when the payment for your current Full membership ends.
Also you can contact "Full member Concierge" to assist you with un-canceling your account.

view all the charges to your account and the date of the charges.

No, to ensure your privacy all messages are received in your dreamdates.com private
Inbox Message board with a notification sent to your actual email address that you have a message waiting for you. You can then review your messages in your Inbox privately and reply to them.
To access your message board, log into your account, click on
"Read/Write Private messages" and proceed to read your emails and reply to them.

| How do I contact other members as a free member? |
By going to a members Profile page, clicking on the "Wink at Me" button
and then selecting a quick ("Ice Breaker") message to send to them. You can
also invite a member to a Virtual Date™, even if you are a free member.
However to attend the virtual date you need to be a Full member.

| Can I pay with another method of payment other than credit card? |
Yes, you can pay with personal check online as if you were paying with
a credit card for instant service activation. This service is currently available
for US & Canadian
bank account holders only.
